Create a compelling video ad about PacificSource Health Plans’ customer service promise of answering the phone with real people, not robotic phone trees.

Solution
Script and help make creative production and post-production decisions for an ad that illustrates the frustrating experience of calling a help line that forces customers into a phone decision tree, instead of letting them talk to a real person. And, contrast that with how PacificSource handles customer calls.
