Challenge
Revamp an outdated website to bring it up to current brand, design, usability, and business rules expectations. All the while ensuring that we smoothly transition from the old site to the new one.

Solution
I served as Lead Writer for this multi-year project. It required meeting with teams from across the organization to understand what their customers need, and how we could best translate that into an easy-to-use website. We decluttered the design, rethought the messaging for each page, included an entirely new section focused on prospective customers, and learned to use new tools such as Drupal to build a new site from the ground up.
